as did the rankings...

Im not in this league but how did R2D2 place 2nd being he has only 1 closer and 2 middle men..........Overall his offense is well balanced with power and speed but I think that saves and holds are still categories in all Elite Leagues.........Just my 2 cents.

It's a conspiracy. It almost seems as though walks and holds were left out of the equation. But the rankings are at least creating discussion.

You can check out the statistical breakdown by category by clicking on the 2008 DRAFT RANKINGS link on the Elite homepage.The Overall rankings arent posted yet since half of the leagues haven't drafted, but Ive got the Texas, Eastern and Pacific Coast League breakdowns up so far.

Walks and Holds were definitely factored in, which hurt many teams since a lot of people don't draft middle relievers or consider their hitters BB rates. I wouldnt read too much into the rankings though, they're just a basic starting point for each team.

Hey WCB ... none of the links for the league ranking breakdowns work. The little arrow lights up which is pretty cool (LOL) but nothing materializes. Am I clicking on them wrong?
