I'd give it a 7.
Very strong infield, Solid OF. You're a very weak at the UTIL spots with Schaffer and Hill. I like Schaffer a lot as a prospect, but he might no even have a job and if he does he certainly cant be trusted to produce out of the gates. Hill (assuming this is Aaron Hill) has no place at a UTIL spot on any team.
Starting pitching is also a little weak. shields and Kershaw are a solid #2 and #3, but you dont have a legit ace and your #4 and #5 guys (Johnson, Jurrjens) have potential but are far from a sure thing.
I'd try to move some of those stud infielders for another solid SP and a decent UTIL bat.
